张钦廷，医学博士，主任法医师，硕士生导师，司法鉴定科学研究院法医精神病学研究室副主任、司法鉴定能力验证技术专家。兼任西安交通大学法医学院教授、中华医学会精神医学分会第八届委员会物质依赖医学学组委员、中国法医学学会法医精神病学专委会委员、上海市司法鉴定专家委员会委员；《法医学杂志》《中国法医学杂志》《中国司法鉴定》外审专家。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目、“十四五”国家重点研发计划子课题等诸多科研课题，发表学术论文40余篇，其中SCI收录论文10余篇，参编专著7部。

【研究方向】

法医精神病学：精神伤残影响因素及评定规范研究；精神病人法律能力评定标准化研究；精神病人暴力攻击行为发生机制研究。
